Everyone deserves access to opportunities that lead to a better life. What began as a grassroots initiative—born from local community need, and a shared desire for change—has since grown into a structured, impactful program serving individuals across the region.
Originally launched by a small team of educators, career mentors, and community organizers, New Path set out to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Early efforts focused on hosting job-readiness workshops, mentorship meetups, and skills bootcamps in neighborhood spaces.
As word spread and demand grew, so did our impact. With the support of local partners, nonprofit allies, and businesses committed to workforce equity, New Path expanded its reach—offering certification pathways, hands-on learning experiences, and long-term career support to hundreds of individuals looking to start fresh or level up.
Today, New Path continues to evolve, guided by the same mission that launched it: to open doors, build confidence, and create lasting opportunity for all.
